  2. 1. City Merchandise & Food vending permits is not included. You can apply on your own or CARO will apply it for you with a $10.00 fee!
  3. 2. That you need to compliance with the Fall River Department of Health, Fire Department, Building Inspector and Water Department “Rules and Regulations” otherwise your permit will be revoked and booth shutdown. You are also responsible for Sanitation and clean up after the end of the festival. If not, your “Deposit” will not be reimbursed back to you.

  16. 1. The deadline for booth applications is July 1, 2016. A booth reservation will not be confirmed until the completed form and funds have been received by the CARO committee
  17. 2. Cancellation of the booth must be submitted to the CARO committee in writing or by email (CONTACT@CARO-INC.ORG) no later than July 1, 2016 and is subject to $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellation after July 15, 2016 is subject to the full booth fee.
  18. 3. The CARO committee will assign booth locations at its sole discretion.
  19. 4. The CARO committee reserves the right to accept or reject any booth request any booth for appropriateness and compatibility to the nature of the festival.

BOOTH APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT BY JULY 1ST TO SECURE A BOOTH LOCATION. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. LOGOS, ADVERTISEMENTS AND ARTWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 15TH
